Heather honey comes from autumn heather, one of the most characteristic plants of Halkidiki.

It is produced after the first autumn rains, in limited quantities, mainly in October and November, which makes it a rarer and more special honey.

Unlike sweeter flower honeys, it stands out for its intense character, lower sweetness, and slightly bitter aftertaste.
